Privacy
When you send us a message, we use what you share to reply to you. Nothing else.
What we keep
Only when you send the contact form:
- What you type: your name, email, business name (if you add it) and message.
- When it was sent.
- Your browser's name and version, which helps us spot automated spam.
- A one-way code made from your connection, used only to stop more than a few messages an hour from the same place. It can't be turned back into your address.
What we don't do
- No cookies, no advertising, and no following you around other websites.
- Fonts and images come from our own server. The only thing loaded from elsewhere is Cloudflare's visit counter, described below.
- We don't sell, rent or share your details, and we don't add you to mailing lists.
Counting visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and which site sent them. It sets no cookies and isn't used to identify you or follow you elsewhere. We only see totals, never a record of you.
Where it's kept
Your message is stored securely on systems Yentram controls, and is used only by Yentram.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, so it handles the network connection when you visit, as any website host does. It doesn't receive your message for its own use.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent us at any time. Reply to any email from us, or send a message through the form and mention "privacy". We'll act on it and confirm.
We keep a message only as long as we need it to talk with you about your enquiry, then delete it.
